retail sales, the bricks and mortar aspects
of retail real estate continue to shift.
This month REFA is hosting Andy Pforzheimer, founder of the Barcelona Restaurant chain;
Kirsten Oswald, vice president of Real Estate for Vineyard Vines; Penny Wickey of Saugatuck
Commercial Real Estate; and Adam Ifshin,
president and CEO of DLC Management Corp., who will discuss the various ways that their firms are responding to the changing nature of
retailing.
