1 KeyPoint Partners negotiates 5,113 s/f lease with Eileen Fisher at Wayside Commons

KeyPoint Partners, LLC has negotiated a new lease with national women's clothing retailer Eileen Fisher for 5,113 s/f of retail space at Wayside Commons, the lifestyle shopping center. An Eileen Fisher company store will open in part of the space which was formerly Domain Home. Eileen Fisher designs simple clothes that work together, across the seasons and across the years. With pure shapes and fine fabrics, they create sophistication, comfort, and style that lasts - simpler for the customer, better for the environment. The collection is sold in 40 company-owned stores across the U.S. and Canada. Eileen Fisher will join the other quality tenants at Wayside Commons lifestyle center, which include L.L. Bean, Ann Taylor Loft, Borders, Carter's, Coldwater Creek, New York & Company, Lane Bryant/Cacique, Justice Just for Girls, Arhaus Furniture, The Capital Grille, CitiBank, Cold Stone Creamery, For Eyes, Ginger Pad, Green Tangerine Spa & Salon, Jared The Galleria of Jewelry, Massage Envy, New Balance, Not Your Average Joe's, Omaha Steaks, Relax The Back, Stellabella Toys, Swoozie's, and West Elm. Wayside Commons, located adjacent to Rte. 128/95 on Wayside Rd. and South Bedford St. near Rte. 3A (Exit 33A), sits at the heart of the second-largest retail hub in Greater Boston. The Burlington trade area is among the region's most densely-populated, affluent markets, and the area's mix of office and industrial parks, high tech campuses, hotels, and business centers creates a strong daytime population in close proximity. Wayside Commons has visibility and immediate accessibility from I-95/128. The five buildings at Wayside Commons follow a village-style design, with brick sidewalks, pedestrian-friendly walkways with outdoor benches and gazebos, and a double waterfall feature. Remaining availabilities at the 196,000 s/f center range from 1,598 s/f to 3,716 s/f. For more information about leasing opportunities at Wayside Commons, contact Don Mace, vice president of leasing, or Michael Branton, leasing associate.
