09-19-2013 - 2nd annual REFA State of the Market Seminar

REFA has taken its most popular annual program, the September market overview, and transformed its format into a far more comprehensive event. It now includes a number of the region's best known and most successful real estate professionals. The morning program will include a keynote speaker, and specialty panels on investment sales, regional leasing, and capital markets. The participants include Paul Marcus of Marcus Partners, who will be the keynote speaker, Janice Stanton of C&W who will speak on capital markets, Jeff Dunne of CBRE and Al Mirin of C&W, on investment sales, and Jim Fagan of C&W, Paul Jacobs of CBRE, and Margaret Carlson of RFR Realty will speak on leasing. This event will kick off the fall business season after the joys and slower pace of summer. It will include an extensive review of the real estate and capital market's activities for the first half of 2013 and the region's best predictions and anticipated progress over the next 12 months. The program will take place at the Wee Burn Beach Club which is located at the edge of the Long Island Sound in Rowayton. This program will be well attended and early registration is suggested.
