The Conn. Building Congress will hold a seminar, Energize Connecticut: New Funding Drives Energy Improvements. Get plugged in to the new wave of energy financing for commercial and industrial properties on April 8 from 5:30pm to 8:30pm at The Cascade, 480 Sherman Ave. Connecticut's Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy program (C-PACE) provides eligible owners 100% upfront access to low, fixed-rate long-term financing for qualifying energy efficiency and clean energy improvements to their buildings.
